1. Introduction

These Ticket Purchase Terms govern the purchase of tickets through Bumpy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

When you purchase a ticket through Bumpy:

  • You are entering into a contract with the event organizer
  • Bumpy acts as an intermediary facilitating the transaction
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
  • Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase

3. Pricing and Fees

Ticket prices are set by event organizers. The total price you pay may include:

  • Base ticket price (set by the organizer)
  • Service fees (for platform usage)
  • Payment processing fees
  • Applicable taxes

All fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by event organizers. Generally:

  • Event cancellation: Full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled
  • Event postponement: Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date; refunds may be available
  • Buyer-initiated cancellation: Subject to the organizer's refund policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

5. Ticket Transfers

The ability to transfer tickets depends on the event organizer's policy. Some events may allow ticket transfers while others may restrict them. Check the specific event's terms before purchasing if transfer capability is important to you.

6. Entry Requirements

To gain entry to an event, you may need to:

  • Present a valid ticket (digital or printed)
  • Show valid photo identification
  • Meet age requirements set by the organizer
  • Comply with venue rules and regulations

7. Event Changes

Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup. While we strive to communicate changes promptly, it is your responsibility to verify event details before attending.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Reselling tickets above face value (scalping)
  • Using bots or automated tools to purchase tickets
  • Purchasing tickets with fraudulent payment methods
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits

Violation of these rules may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
